Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on June 18 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                             
Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 126 "An Act providing for an                                                                           
         exception to the regulation of the practice of                                                                         
         medicine for a physician who provides medical
